Day at the Museum

Our most popular try dive package is our Day at the Museum. This is an extension of the basic try scuba diving package and incorporates an afternoon dive at Lanzarote’s premier dive site the Museo Atlántico. A visit to this unique underwater sculpture park, the only one of its kind in Europe is sure to make your day one of the most memorable of your visit to the island.

Once you have completed the initial morning Try Scuba Diving programme, you have time to take a break for lunch. After lunch comes the highlight of the day, your trip out to the museum. The dive boat leaves from the marina at 3pm for a 10 minute ride to the dive site. Once at the entrance to the Museum you will enter the water with your instructor and slowly descend along the fixed line down to the start of the museum tour. At all times your instructor will be with you guiding you and ensuring your safety, all you have to do is relax and enjoy the sights. Your dive will typically last around 40 minutes bringing you back to the exit line so that you can safely ascend back to the boat.

Please note: the Day at the Museum package is NOT available on Sundays.

The all inclusive price for this magical day out is just €175.

This price includes your equipment hire, instruction, insurance, boat trip and entrance fee to the museum. When you have completed your day you will be issued with your SSI Basic Scuba diver certification. This certification will allow you to dive in similar conditions down to 12 meters under the supervision of a dive professional and is valid for 6 months.
